Delete your account

You can erase your MyKaraoke account at any time, by yourself, without asking anyone.

From the app

Open the app (or app.mykaraoke.me).
Go to Profile, at the very bottom of the page.
Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

What disappears, immediately and permanently

Your account: address, name, password, picture, banner.
Your recordings: published covers and stories — the audio files themselves are erased from the server.
Your scores, favourites, plays, comments and likes.
Your private messages, your follows and followers.
Your live rooms and their chats.

What remains

Server technical logs (IP address, timestamp) for a few months at most, for security — they contain neither your name nor your recordings.
No backup of your content is kept: there is no trash bin and no cooling-off period.

Without using the app

Write to contact@mykaraoke.me from the account's address asking for deletion. We erase it within 30 days and confirm to you.
